This
is what is called the query "design" view. It
allows you to specifiy data that you want in the query (data that
will show up on the labels), and criteria for sorting.
Note
the criteria under "Slide ID." This specifies that I
only want labels for slides ID's between 5599 and 5680.
(filling one sheet of labels).
This
is what the raw data of the query looks like. After you have set
your criteria for the range of labels you want, you can "OPEN" the query to check the data to be imported into Word.
