Use
the Adobe Photoshop "Contact Sheet" function to create
your CD indexes. This feature pulls all images from a certain directory
and creates thumbnails of them, with titles relating to the filename.
You can set it up for any size you want, this one happens to be
sized for a CD jewel case.
