Many images uploaded from this past weekend’s visit to Pt. Mouillee – a state game area a long the shoreline of Lake Erie. This area is known to attract quite a bit of waterfowl and shorebirds – although not the easiest to photograph in. Mosquitoes were absolutely terrible this time of year and many birds were often too distant to obtain decent images. It helps to have a lot of patience where the birds often wander towards you, allowing for some of the closer shots.
