I don’t have a lot to write about this particular shot, just wanted to share it. . I was exploring some different processing in Lightroom and ended up combining a few different presets, with some manual tweaks of my own. Roses are such delicate objects, and I thought this portrayal said ‘delicate’ to me. . . It is interesting in how your final treatment of an image can change its feel and meaning completely Your thoughts and comments are welcome.

hey Paul, Yes, I usually do most of my work still in Photoshop, but there are quite a few images that I can get to a final state in LR – which is like a bonus because it is so much faster. I really love this program, but it has a lot of quirks also.
Yes, the high key lighting and pastel colors both say delicate to me. I’ve not done a lot with Lightroom presets, though, preferring to go to CS2 for any serious editing. I do, however, like Lightroom’s export features.
