Just a quick note to drop some gratitude to the readers of my little corner of the online world. I appreciate the continued visits and comments, despite my haphazard posting schedule. I wish I had a knack for maintaining some type of regularity, but I’ll put that on the to-do list as well. November kinda slipped away from me. If you are in the US celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday, I hope you enjoy your time with friends, family, and food. If not, then – nothing wrong with doing all of that regardless. 🙂

The photo is of leaves in our backyard from earlier this month. It contains leaves from a variety of trees in our yard, including the prominent and distinct tulip tree leaf (Liriodendron tulipifera), a Michigan native, in yellow.
