    yeah, I am a bit late in finding it. I agree, it is well worth coming back to especially in times when we are particularly frustrated with our work.

    Mark, I’d come across this video when Zack Arias released it, but it made just as strong an impact watching it now. I think this is one I should watch once per month or any time when loosing perspective. Mental winters can come anytime.
