    There is a familiarity in filming places over and over. I tend to spend a lot of time out on the tallgrass prairie filming. But there is something about discovering a new place to plant my tripod that the comfort of shooting the same place can fill.

    I’ve found myself starting to pour over maps of my home area looking for places to film that I have never explored before. It’s like a charging station for the batteries of my soul! 🙂
